Returns Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

  • Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Request a Return

In your message, include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

We will respond within 48 hours with instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Fiona Draw is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a full or partial refund will be issued within 7 business days to your original payment method (if applicable) or as store credit, depending on the situation.

  • If your return is rejected (used items, damaged due to misuse), we will notify you and return the item to you at your expense.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, please:

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email [email protected] within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
